We help organisations grow, evolve and bring new ideas to life.

We support organisations in developing new capabilities, driving innovation and finding funding opportunities to bring new projects to life.

Shall we start? →

Helping organisations grow also means helping them innovate, learn and take action.

Every organisation has its own reality, people, resources and challenges. That’s why at La Torreta we don’t start from ready-made solutions.

We work alongside each client to understand where they are, identify needs and opportunities, and build the path that best fits their context.

We combine training, innovation, implementation and funding to support organisations as they develop new capabilities, generate ideas and turn them into real projects.

What we do to make it happen

01TRAINING

Learning to evolve.

Through training, we turn knowledge into the ability to act. We design training programmes, courses and hands-on workshops so that people and teams can adopt new methodologies, tools and ways of working they can apply from day one.

We work on areas such as innovation, Design Thinking, Agile, artificial intelligence, creativity and new ways of working, tailoring each proposal to the organisation’s challenges and needs.

And when it’s time to go beyond training, we create co-creation spaces, working sessions and hackathons that let people learn by doing, generate new ideas and turn them into real projects and actions.

02FUNDING

Finding opportunities to move projects forward.

We identify grants and subsidies that may fit each organisation’s needs, training plans and projects, and we support the application process.

When needed, we also help with preparing and justifying grants, so that funding opportunities can become real actions.

Behind
La Torreta

La Torreta was born from the wish to make learning, innovation and action accessible tools for all kinds of organisations.

After gaining experience working with a wide range of organisations, people and teams, we can say that you don’t always need large structures or big resources to evolve. Often what’s needed is to understand the challenge well, find the right path and have the right people alongside you to make it happen.

That’s why we created La Torreta: to put our knowledge and experience at the service of organisations that want to learn, evolve, explore new opportunities and make them a reality.

We believe in a close, flexible and practical way of working, adapted to each reality and designed so that people can apply what they have learned and keep moving forward.

Got a challenge? Let’s move it forward.

Tell us what you’d like to tackle and we’ll see how we can help you find the way, develop new ideas and turn them into real actions and projects.
